    [srcrev] Upgrade diversity/om-locations as of Chia-I Wu's request
    
        The most important changes since last revisions are that
        diversity-daemon tries harder to make sure there is no data loss and
        Locations shows an alert when diversity-daemon crashes. Â The latter
        should help our testing team diagnose problems.
