hi

i just changed the default policy of this ml from 'hold' to 'discard'.
since the policy is only to let list-members write mails to the list,
non-member mails will now be silently discarded instead of arriving in
my mailbox for moderation.
sorry bout that, but the spam which arrived at my box due to that is
just too annoying.
