Neo unusable for playing ogg

Qtopia/cruxus uses the tremor code, because it is fixed point and works better 
on arm devices. but is not well maintained, nor updated, as far as I know. I 
am not sure of its capabilities, but highly likely that some files made with 
newer versions of vorbis might not play well.

Of course it could be Qtopia too. :)
Will do some testing when I get back from holidays.
