He hints to a slide that was presented by Sean.

Sean first said that Neo was not named after the character from the
matrix movie.
But then he gave quote that applied to the neo1973:
Never send a human to do a machine's job. (From agent Smith).

One of the points Sean was making is that we spend way too much time
telling all the devices we have what our preferences are. He wanted
the devices to learn from us and  anticipate what we want to do.
