AGPS is solely a marketing term.
It covers several different techniques.
Whatever the case - the current binary GPS solution does not support
this sort of AGPS - at least according to its help info.
So, you need to find out how your phone provider broadcasts the
assistance data, or how it accepts information from the phone to
postprocess into a position, and then find out if the TI chipset in the
phone is able to download/upload this data.
