It happened to me as well a few days ago. I think that this happens if
there is a commit in webkit between the fetch phase and the install
phase. If that happens, the directory name is not valid anymore.
Try doing a make clean-package-webkit-gtk, then rm
built/tmp/stamps/arm<something I can't remember right now>/webkit-gtk*
 and finally make rebuild-package-webkit-gtk before running make
openmoko-devel-image again
