What US plans are people using?

The sales guy I talked to at AT&T back in December said they can catch 
this behavior by monitoring your data transfer behavior, and charge you 
for excessive use or monitor you closer to see if you're actually 
tethering to some sort of desktop/laptop device and add applicable fees.
