Freerunner AC adaptor.. Kevin dean you there?

So... Here's the magical question. How would an "average user" like
myself find that out without buying equipment to test it if the
manufacturer didn't include actualy numbers (or in my case, if the
manufacturer specifies a range of possibilities)?
