some ideas. The basis of this is the accelerometer used in the wii - as 
that is about the sensitivity most of the best of the crop have.
However, the freerunner has a resolution of 16mg (milligee) - compared 
to under 1 - for the numbers I used in this page.
As to speed - essentially as fast as you read it.
