   That looks to me like a quilt directory. Try installing quilt,
putting the patches directory in the root of your kernel tree, and
running "quilt push -a".

   Warning: I've not tried this myself.

   (Also, is there a more suitable mailing list than this one for
these kinds of technical question?)
