Yes. We have both low level device control as well as high level (reference 
counted). For the high level, please use the org.freesmartphone.Usage API, 
for the low level control, please use e.g. the 
org.freesmartphone.PowerControl API 
on  /org/freesmartphone/Device/PowerControl/GPS.
