Any information about illume and edj files available?

Hi,
are there any informations about illume and how to create/modify edj files? I want to make assassin a normal application with a normal starter and without this starter always on the bottom but those useless +++ sign and this things. But it seems there are absolutly no information about illume available?

Can someone point me to or give me some information about illume?
