FSO infrastructure is there, just use 
org.freesmartphone.GSM.Network.SendUssdRequest() and then listen for the 
signal org.freesmartphone.GSM.Network.IncomingUssd().

Not complicated, but zero time to work on Zhone... I would appreciate a patch.
