2008.testing (2008.9 upgraded) - "Settings" not running

Hi BillK,

Your version of python-etk is correct so this doesn't seem to be
related to upgrade.  Can you try
exposure.py -f run
and paste the results just like in
https://docs.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/2088 ?
