Steve,

Sounds like you need the commitment sooner than later. I am able to  
commit to August 4. As a FR owner I would love to be there.

I will be on vacation tomorrow through the 29th. I'll have email  
access, but will likely not hit it but once a day.

Let me know where to be and when to be there.

I appreciate the opportunity.
