Which distribution to use on FR?

It seems faster to me than the 2007.02 image. Maybe some of the apps are more tightly-written.

But screen displays are slow, and loading an app takes forever no matter which distro.

I'd imagine that any distro that doesn't use X (i.e. Qtopia on FrameBuffer) would be much faster.
