cells with same info (signal, channel...) like active cell.
And then there is time advance too. It tells in increments of 180m (IIRC) the
distance of MS to BS. (Used to calibrate MS to fit nicely in the time
division multiplex at BS receiver)
Anyway it is not (yet) clear whether we may get this info from GSM modem (just
received the data sheets, pfff: 15meg!) If we can get, positioning via GSM
may be magnitude more accurate.
