Partition your SD so you have:

Partition 1: VFAT (for Android)
Partition 2: ext3 (for Android)
Partition 3: ext3 probably - for qtopia

Extract the qtopia rootfs tarball to partition 3, and make a uBoot menu entry 
to boot from partition 3 as described in the wiki. You could add extra 
partitions for other distros too.
