Debian size and uSD

I did
dd if=/dev/sdb2 of=/dev/sdf2
and it booted but i still have a problem. sdb was a 512M card and sdf is 2G.
After copying, my pc sees it as 2G but FR sees it as 512M. Runing some
partition software now(testdisk).
