Freerunner won't charge, and won't start anymore due to out of power

The Neo isn't charging, when it is turned off.
But you can try to (1.) remove the battery and (2.) plug the usb in (wall 
charger) and then (3.) insert the battery. (4.) The FreeRunner should boot.
For me it also booted once without battery, but somewhere in the wiki i've 
read that the usb power is not enoght for booting.
