Hacking nokia headset HS-40 to work with OM

I have another question. I have a Nokia HS-47 Headset and after reading 
your mail I tried to
swap the two wires like you did, and it really is the same, only the PCB 
is a little bit different.
but what happens is, that I can't push the jack completly into the 
phone. i have to leave it
out some milimeteres.
Did some else experience this? is maybe the ground section of the nokia 
jack bigger?
