[Om2008.9] low audio for called party (i.e. low capture)

Hi Matthias,

You have to change the preconfigured values in
/usr/share/openmoko/scenarios/gsmhandset.state - see the mail sent
earlier today by vasco.nevoa  ("[ALSA] wiki RFC")
