you can find an intial theme release here:
http://www.paultt.org/downloads/openmoko/index.html
you can see updated screenshots on scap, by now ;P (and in the page above)
follow the instructions in the README file:
http://www.paultt.org/downloads/openmoko/qt_mokott_README
you need the file qt_mokott_*.tar.gz

the color scheme part is still on the go, so colors are not yet so cool ;P
