basically you never want to care about chg_curlim as it is a maximum of 1C = 
1.2A for GTA01/02 battery cell and you never can draw that much current from 
USB (The PMU allows for a maximum of 1A here). PMU is automatically handling 
the distribution of available USB current between charging and system in a 
way system always has priority and chrg current reduced accordingly - so no 
need to care about chg_curlim for that topic either.
