[FSO m5] Cannot register to network (KPN-NL SIM) but can make phonecalls.

I tried registering for an account in the weekend, but i do not get a
token sent to complete the registration. So i cannot add an attachment
to the bug.

I'll attach it to this mail (retry, this time compressed).
