FSO ERROR: failed to rename //usr/lib/opkg/status.tmp

Hi Qhaz, 
  I think this issue should be solved on opkg R196, would you like to
help me test it and see if the fix works for you?
If it works for you, please info me, and I will bump up the version, and
close the ticket.
