[Om2008.9] FR not re-registering again (sometimes)

Hello,

Sometimes when I use, for example, the subway or if I am for some time in other
areas where without GSM network, the FR can't re-register again on entering
the GSM area again;

I've already tried to kill 'qpe' which gets restarted by its parent, but
this only brings up the dialog again and again if I wanna re-start
'qpe'; and I have to reboot to make it work again;

any ideas? thx
