subfolders and icon sorting in illume

while this has been beaten to death already several times, i have a
question to ask:

how do i sort icons in illume? and how do i make subdirectories working?

Is this new or have i missed this before?

I am sure SHR guys know about this as they tried to rename shr phone
apps to 0000.xxx ...
