Intone 0.60 Almost Stable ;-)

Hi,
  Intone now rejects a second keypress if it happens within 150ms of the
first one and prints that out too - just so it's clear.

  Ok. Gotcha! That was a timer issue. Should be fixed now. I'm starting a
new thread for bluetooth usage - that binary also has this fix.
