[SHR-U] Perma-block a Number

Well I would assume logging is enabled, since /var/log/frameworkd.log gets
updated frequently. I assume if I log something, it will go there.

I inserted this line:
logger.debug ("INCOMING CALLER: %s", info.get( "peer", "" ))
Should that do it?
