[shr-testing] turning illume keyboard off causes illume to fail with ffalarms

I get a lot of Enlightenment SEGV with recent shr-unstable and om2009
testing. This happens when Tangogps or Omgps try to go fullscreen and when I
touch the top panel in Woosh. The recover option doesn't work, I have to
restart X.
