the format of the config file has changed.
To fix it you have to edit /etc/frameworkd-phonegui.conf and make it look like:


[phonegui]
library=libframeworkd-phonegui-efl.so.0

[local]
international_prefix = 00
national_prefix = 0
country_code = 49
home_prefix = 89

adjust the values in [local] to your needs.
