Launcher/Home Page (Proof of concept) Working Release

so - the question I have - should this be a separate app - or should this be
considered a proposal for the new Paroli UI?

I think the intent of Paroli was to be a proper home page for OM2009,
right?   shouldn't it provide all of the functionality this app provides?
