usb MTP on moko as responder?

so, differently from Mass Storage, you can exchange files without messing with the filesystem.
(eg: you can keep your ext* partition on moko and share the contents over usb like an mp3 player or a digital camera does)

but recently I surfed the web and now I see this source code in GPL:
