This is due to the way, PISI handles conflicts - if a contact entry is
in both data sources, you have to tell PISI how to resolve that:

In the very bottom of PISI GUI you may choose a "conflict mode"; you may
always overwrite one side, ask all the time - it should be self
explaining ...

Yeah, I have this on the todo list already; for now you could use again
"conflict mode" settings; assume you have one "master" side; flush the
other one in the beginning.
