qtopiagps, .deb error

Hi!
there is an error with qtopiagps .deb package:

dpkg-deb: 'qtmoko-qtopiagps_32-1_armel.deb' is not a debian format archive
dpkg: error processing qtmokp-qtopiagps_32-1_armel.deb  (--install):
suprocess dpkg-deb --control returned error exit status 2
