GPRS and QTMoko

I got the same issue on QTMoko 0.33. I can prevent it by turning on multiplexing under modem settings in NeoControl: then it won't connect at all. 

A while back GPRS came up as well; anyone with an uninterrupted connection, could you tell whether you run anything in the background or prevent bursts of activity, or anything the like?
