call echo service for test of audio calls

I used to call my asterisk voice mail for such tests. Even had a fancy
DTMF menu for different test scenarios. Unfortunately my operator
(Saunalahti Nettipuhelin) is no longer offering SIP.

Maybe you can use some non-free voice mail service? ;-)
