LED is always on (RED)

Hi,

Can we please get a bit of a succinct explanation on how the LED is  
supposed to behave from now on?  I've noticed today, after doing an  
update last night, that the LED is always on (RED), regardless of  
whether power is connected or if the battery is low.  My FR currently  
has a fresh, fully-loaded battery (has been connected to power for the  
last few days), and the LED being on is confusing.

FWIW, my opinion is that the LED's shouldn't be on all the time.  The  
only reason they should come on is to indicate some state to the user  
that requires attention - such as flashing when the battery level is  
low, or so on.  Is there a design on this issue, clearly stated, yet?
