Compiling epdfview for Om2008.8

You didn't say.  Were you running ".
/usr/local/openmoko/arm/setup-env" before om-conf?

I believe you'll have better luck using the original epdfview setup
than trying to modify openmoko-sample.  You just do om-conf and
om-make-ipkg instead of the usual ./configure and make.
