Flashing Filesystem Images - Please help.

Hi All,

I am using the Android Kernel / Filesystem released by Sean.
Now, I have data.tar.gz & system.tar.gz got from Benno's site.
I want to flash these images to the Freerunner & make it run.
Can anyone please tell me how to do it? Or, any pointers?
