So do enough of the bitbake core devs agree on the changes to make this
happen and a new bitbake release happen before the other stuff can
happen.

SPRCPV change goes horribly wrong without one of zeckes fixes. I hate to
think how much bad press OM will get if we force OE to use svn bitbake.
