FSO fails and fails

For now the build of unstable with ENABLE_BINARY_LOCALE_GENERATION = "0" is 
still running, I'm not sure which task no. was getting the second error (when 
using the string above in local.conf). I'll update tomorrow. If it succeeds I 
will try to manually specify as you suggested. Thanks!
