GSM Firmware update image

Let me answer that, because I know the status even though it's not
"my baby". Joerg is working on the updater, but he's been rather busy
with the buzz fix the weeks before the holidays and he's down with a
flu at the moment.

The GSM updater has been given relatively low priority not only
because of the importance of fixing audio but also since we're still
investigating if we can do something better than AT%SLEEP=2 for
#1024.
