We're getting close to being able to boot the kernel in 100mA limit, get
USB enumeration there and have 500mA.  This is the technique planned for
GTA03 as well.  I'd rather that we did that and had the great new
pcf50633 driver and other arrangements in Linux looking after power and
charging than try to reproduce everything in U-Boot.
