The reason for looking to provide a working rootfs with SDL is that we
talked about this boot menu rootfs for some months, but nobody has made
a move to provide one.  It seems if we provide more pieces we might get
more action.

If folks think EFL is the answer, please don't just cheerlead it but
actually implement the boot menu rootfs :-)
