how to contact FIC about the battery issue ?

So how do we communicate to FIC that we need a fix asap? 
I have tried sending emails and I got the following funny messages:

"Could not load a valid user"
"Ticket creation failed"
"Extended mailgate error"

And those messages did not alleviate my anger...
