This is a symptom that either BitBake multithreading got confused or
the date has increased while a build was operating. Unfortunately this
is a corner case that hasn't been fixed yet in BitBake.

To cure this, bitbake -c rebuild <package>, and then launch the
original command again.

Most of this corner case will be fixed when OE introduces the new SRCREV in two
weeks.
