Building OpenMoko from SVN

For me as well now. The list of packages needed on a Debian system is 
outdated and incomplete. (I shall correct that if I find time.) After 
installing some more missing packages, it works now as well.

I just wanted to make sure I don't waste my time fixing something that 
has been superceeded anyway.
