hmm, bad magic number. I already experienced this.

after pressing "boot" while inside uboot menu I got the same "bad magic number"...
The Problem depends on a bad CRC
A factory reset resulted in booting properly.

Some short questions:

Do you see a "normal" uboot menu?

How many lines do you see while you're in u-boot?

Does your Neo boot after an "Factory Reset"?
